Led by Marcin Kozniewski, his son David, and partner Derek Durant, our team manages every phase of a project from site planning through to lease-up.
Our portfolio includes completed projects ranging from duplexes and fourplexes to 60-unit apartment buildings and mixed-use developments, located in communities including Russell, Almonte, Alfred, Prescott, and Morrisburg.
