DMD Homes has developed multifamily housing across Eastern Ontario, with a portfolio of 19 completed projects and over 425 units delivered to market. From duplexes and fourplexes to 60-unit apartment communities, we manage the full development lifecycle — site selection, construction, and lease-up — start to finish.

Two Generations. One Standard.
DMD Homes is a family-led real estate development and general contracting company built on decades of hands-on experience across Eastern Ontario. Led by Marcin Kozniewski, his son David, and partner Derek Durant, what started as a passion for building has grown into a portfolio of over 425 units and 19 completed multifamily projects, from duplexes and fourplexes to 60-unit apartment communities and mixed-use developments including commercial and residential space.
Every project we take on, whether it's a home renovation or a large-scale development, is managed with the same standard: built right, built to last.
